Proyectos de desplazamiento. The space is presented as a place that is crossed, generated by the recognition of its limits, defines us and remains on the personal and collective memory. That delimitation is confronted in its temporality by the many possibilities that can be presented to the subject by their interaction and relationship.
As the space / place being a constituent part of our existence, any deliberation about it necessarily will become from the position we have in front of it from our subjectivity. Are we a vacuum? Always integrated into our environment, or we fill it? Infinitely small on an orbit, huge and routine in everyday places. We are politically and socially involved with a territory; constantly moving because of our greed and dissatisfaction. Is our condition as momentary as our relationship with space?
The exhibition emphasizes the notion of journey, makes the gallery the point of arrival and departure. There is always a place where we can go. The present installations are pointers or references, contemplative or passable, describing the possibility of thinking new routes, extend their limits and open up alternative readings of their symbolic aspects.
